High-elastic foam (HR / cold cure) qualities are used here to a large extent. Designs for good comfortable ergonomic solutions are tested out in close cooperation with the customer.
Different foam qualities can be combined to provide the optimal comfort required.
We can also supply cushion material complete with fibre and tricot.
Moulded cushions are used to a large degree. We can mould load-bearing components into the foam cushion areas that together form part of the furniture’s structure. This technology is often used in flexible reclining chairs.
