Formstøpt Weflex® is used in office chairs and gives optimal comfort throughout the day. Designers can shape the padded areas freely according to ergonomic and aesthetic requirements and choose from a range of hardnesses.
Furniture for public use is often upholstered with Weflex®, which has a high density grade. We supply a range of qualities from 40 to 65 kg/m3 that are ideal for this purpose, and which enables the furniture to maintain their shape and firmness over time.
Steel, plastic and wood can be moulded in to (insert) form furniture components that are easily assembled into whole furniture groups.
We have our own moulding facility and product developers who design and produce moulds in collaboration with the customers.
Weflex block qualities can be cut to profile according to the customer’s wishes.
Skåret Weflex® is also used in office furniture, and usually in fixed, free-form shapes according to the designer’s wishes.
