Moulded solutions with integrated steel, aluminium and/or plastic components (inserts) are commonly used.
Some solutions use block foam with a density of 40 til 65 kg/m3.
Moulded foam and block foam can both be supplied in CMHR qualities (Crib 5).
We have our own moulding facility and product developers who design and produce moulds in collaboration with the customers.
